Why Use Southbend Oven?
The K-Series Convection Oven are Energy Star qualified. Ovens areavailable in standard depth, single or double deck, and with standardcontrols or cook and hold. This series features a stainless steel exteriorand 53,000 BTU burners for quick temperature recovery. Standard Depthovens and accommodate one full size (18″ x 26″) sheet pan per oven rackleft to right in the oven. Two control panel options are available toprovide versatility.

- SC-Standard Controls: 140°F to 500°F solid state thermostat and 60 minutemechanical cook timer
- Exterior Finish: Stainless steel front, top and sides
- Doors: Dependent doors with windows. Low emissionglass, stainless steel construction, heavy-duty welded steel frame and5/8” diameter full-length hinge pin.
- Oven Interior: Porcelain enamel finish, coved, fastenerfree.
- Rack and Rack Guides: Heavy-duty removable wire rackguides spaced on 1-5/8” centers offer 11 different rack positions. 5wire racks provided with each oven.
- Blower Fan and Motor: 1/2hp, 2-speed motor, 1710/1120r.p.m
- Oven Heating: 53,000 BTU (NAT or LP). Oven heating isregulated by an adjustable solid state thermostat control. Blowerfan circulates air within the cavity “scrubbing” heat to the oveninterior for even heat distribution within the cavity.
