Why Use Southbend Oven?
Southbend’s convection ovens have all the features a busy kitchen needsfrom the inside out. The overall measure of any oven is the evenness ofcooking. Southbend’s convection oven features soft heat mixing zonetechnology that allows hot air to be mixed with cooler air to producetempered air, ensuring even baking and cooking.The B-Series ConvectionOven, formerly Bronze, is available in several sizes to accommodatevarious kitchen needs. Ovens are available in standard, single or doubledeck, with standard controls. This series features a stainless steelexterior and 90,000 BTU burners for quick temperature recovery. StandardDepth ovens and accommodate one full size (18″ x 26″) sheet pan per ovenrack left to right in the oven. Only standard control panel are availableto the B-Series Select Bronze units are now Energy Star compliant!!!

Southbend BGS/12SCAT Specification
- Exterior Finish: Stainless steel front, sides and top.
- Doors: Dependent doors, stainless steel construction,heavyduty welded steel frame and 5/8” diameter full-length hinge pin.
- Oven Interior: Porcelain enamel finish, coved, fastenerfree.
- Rack and Rack Guides: Heavy-duty removable wire rackguides spaced on 1-5/8” centers offer 11 different rack positions. 5wire racks provided with each oven.
- Blower Fan and Motor: 1/2hp, 2-speed motor, 1710/1120r.p.m
- Oven Heating: 54,000 BTU (LP). Oven heating isregulated by an adjustable thermostat control. Blower fan circulates airwithin the cavity “scrubbing” heat to the oven interior for even heatdistribution within the cavity.
