Lincoln Impinger® Conveyor Ovens are the premier continuous cookingplatform for the food service industry. Using the latest advancement inair impingement technology, Impinger ovens allow for rapid heating,cooking, baking, and crisping of foods. The Impinger I oven can be stackedtwo high for maximum cooking capacity. With a 32″ (813mm) wide conveyorbelt and 40″ (1016mm) baking chamber, each oven can replace up to threefull-size deck ovens. The Impinger I is available in electric or gas.
Lincoln 1400-2E Standart Features

- Temperature is adjustable from 250°F (121°C) to 600°F (316°C).

- Front-loading access door with cool handle.

- Indirect conveyor drive is powered by an AC motor.

Lincoln 1400-2E Electrical Service
Each oven deck requires voltage, phase and hertz as indicated by modelnumber. Neutral must be grounded at electrical service and receptacleproperly polarized. Gas 120V units have a cord with NEMA 5-15 plug. Allother models have terminal block connections. It is recommended that aseparate circuit breaker be provided for each oven deck.
