Air Flow

Air is drawn into the evaporator so condensation is not sprayed onto thefood inside the cabinet. The conditioned air circulates radially from theevaporator compartment to provide more uniform air flow distribution.

Modular Refrigeration

Reach-In Refrigerators and Freezers utilize a modular refrigeration systemwhere the assembly is dropped into the food storage zone and uses anelectric condensate evaporator which runs down the back of the unit. Themodular system can be removed for servicing, cleaning or converting from arefrigerator to freezer in the field.
