Why use Blodgett Gas Pizza Deck Oven?
For smaller applications, our 900 Series pizza deck ovens are designed to meet the demand for equipment with low BTU input requirements without sacrificing results. They can be installed even when gas supply is limited.

Blodgett 911P-BASE Operation

- Removable fixed orifices on main and pilot burner
- Main gas valve, temperature control valve and safety pilot valve fully within section body and are accessible through a covered and ventilated compartment in front
- Air mixers with adjustable air shutters and locking device
- Liquid pressure thermostat with temperature range of 300°F (149°C) to 650°F (343°C)
